A small metal canister with a pencil-design motif decorating the circumference below text reading "Pencils;" used by Monroe in her dwelling at 12305 Fifth Helena Drive. Included is a reprinted black and white image showing the interior of MM's Brentwood house with what appears to be this pencil holder in view. Two other items accompany lot: a key with attached fob having a handwritten annotation reading "Room M / Star's Bldg." [possibly for Monroe's dressing room at 20th Century Fox] and a silver metal chess piece (with its bottom missing) from Monroe's chess set.
