Bonhams have enthusiastic silver specialists stationed throughout the globe so
you are sure to find individual attention from a knowledgeable expert in your
area of interest. We regularly sell pieces from as nearby as Continental Europe
to as far away as Australia, India, China and South America; varying from functional
domestic items to decorative display pieces.
Continental areas of collecting range from elaborate 18th and 19th French century
show pieces to such academic subjects as 17th century Scandinavian spoons and
rare objects of Judaica, such as the Italian silver spice tower, circa 1700, recently
sold for £54,000. We also work in conjunction with our colleagues in the
Russian department to take full advantage of the phenomenal boom in this market.
Bonhams silver department hold sales throughout the year with a specialised Foreign

them a suitably international forum in which to attract buyers from all over the
world.
With Bonhams network of worldwide offices we are able to offer discreet advice
on entire collections or individual items. Should you require further information
