All lots removed on Wednesday 17th June 2009 to Bonhams warehouse will be available for collection from 9.30am on Friday 19th June 2009. For sold lots removed to Bonhams warehouse there will be no storage charges for lots collected between Friday 19th June 2009 and close of business on Friday 3rd July. These lots will be subject to transfer and storage charges if they are not collected within the period outlined above. A Flemish Baroque style 19th century ormolu-mounted, brass-inlaid tortoiseshell, rosewood, ebony and ebonised cabinet on stand
possibly incorporating earlier elements, the architectural upper-structure surmounted by ball finials, the pediment surmounted by a strapwork cartouche above a crown, the central drawer with double-headed eagle mount, flanked by ionic columns, the back set with twelve secret drawers, above a hinged door centred by a niche with a small sculpture of Atlas on a marble pedestal, flanked by similar columns, the top of the door numbered 4507, the interior fitted with one large and eight small drawers, flanked to each side by five drawers with beast's mask escutcheons, the sides with handles, the breakfront base with ten columnar supports each with Ionic capitals, on a shaped stretcher and ball feet, 127cm wide, 54cm deep, 180cm high (50" wide, 21" deep, 70.5" high).
