Suresh Dutt employs the physical properties of glass to imply form and structure in actual and virtual space. Concentrating on the theories of visual perception to inform composition, he identifies geometric structures that can be transformed through the exploitation of perspective and focus. Dutt uses chromatic interactions to create spatial areas through the manipulation of light this provides a description of dimensional space.
Suresh comments: This cast glass sphere surrounded by six black glass panels, each offset to create the illusion of movement frozen in time. Whilst in the process of metamorphosis, the external structure expands to expose a contained inner form.
