Footnote:
"Over the years, this case acquired so many layers of every sort of tour-related sticker that, in my mind, it has become an iconic piece of Grateful Dead history and a rock-and-roll 'art object.' This was the case that carried the 'big bucks' and consequently ended up being kept in my flight case 'office-on-stage' [see next LOT 9] where it could be protected. My visits to the box office were done with a far less visible brief case." -Rock Scully
