From the cellars of Villa Lorraine Restaurant.
First opened in 1953, Villa Lorraine soon established itself as one of the leading gastronomic destinations in Brussels. Due to the planned refurbishment of the cellars, they have decided to release a certain amount of old wines for this sale. These have been stored since purchase, mostly en primeur, in the temperature controlled cellars below the restaurant. All the bottles have been inspected prior to packing; levels are generally excellent for age but, due to storage in bins, many of the labels are lightly bin-soiled. Where this is significant, it has been noted in the catalogue. Chateau Cos d'Estournel 1981
Sold for £330 inclusive of Buyer's Premium
