Our fine sale in March will include fine natural history, travel and
colour plate books, early printed books, good English literature
including first editions, British topography, early photography,
manuscripts, and fine atlases and maps.
Previous auction highlights
include an important collection of Jack Butler Yeats manuscripts sold in
our last sale in November for a total of £50,000; in the same sale was
sold an E.H. Shepard sketch of Winnie-the-Pooh for £31,200; and a good
copy of Prisse d'Avennes' Oriental Album which realised £21,600.
