| Bonhams Bath is situated just off Queen Square in the heart of the United Kingdom’s World Heritage site, a short distance away from parking facilities and all the city’s major attractions. With a presence in the city for over 30 years Bonhams Bath is the only International auctioneer with access to London and the worldwide Bonhams group of auction sales.
The office is staffed by a dedicated team of Senior Valuers with many years experience in the auction industry between them, each featuring specialist areas of interest and wide knowledge of the local area. Bonhams in Bath is home to the south-west picture department where all manner of paintings ranging from old master pictures through to 20th century works can be valued. Victorian landscapes and works of local and west country interest are amongst special categories. Our Senior Valuers provide additional depth of knowledge extending over and beyond antique furniture, clocks, barometers, ceramics, glass, silver, metal-ware, and the decorative arts, to name but a few.
Specialist days featuring Bonhams London department specialists are also held for jewellery, textiles, coins and medals, marine items and many more. Details can be found on our web site or in local press. All valuations for sale are verbal, free of charge, without obligation and in complete confidence.
