Our first fine sale of books, maps, manuscripts and photography in 2009
will feature the Collings George Orwell papers, early English literature
and Bibles, including a very good copy of the Great 'He' Bible, 1611 (estimate
£15,000-£20,000), Photography, including a fine set of early photographs
of Japan (estimate £2,000-£4,000), and a rare run of Camerawork. Also represented
will be fine Natural History, Atlases and Maps, and printed and manuscript
music.
