Adventure to the Himalayas: a fine wine discovery with Moët-Hennessy
In the remote northwest corner of the Yunnan Province lies Deqin County, a hidden Himalayan paradise near the legendary city of Shangri-La. This is where Ao Yun, Moët-Hennessy's audacious Chinese wine project, is produced. 300 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon were planted at around 2,500 metres to offer the fine expression of a new terroir
The successful bidder can enjoy a two-day adventure at Ao Yun with five guests, in the foothills of the sacred Meili Mountain, understanding, tasting and enjoying this breathtaking location.
Also included is a selection of incomparable bottles from Moët-Hennessy's Wine division, Estates & Wine:
a 5 litre bottle of Numanthia 2010 from Bodega Numanthia from Toro in Spain, a Jeroboam of Cheval des Andes 2005 from Mendoza in Argentina, a Magnum of Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2014 from Marlborough in New Zealand and a Magnum of Ao Yun Shangri-La 2013, the debut release from Yunnan, China.
