BIDDING IN THE SALE
If you would like to bid at an auction at Bonhams, potential bidders must first create an account.
To create an account online, please visit www.bonhams.com/register/. You will need to provide a copy of a valid photo ID (valid driver's licence, passport or ID card) as well as proof of your address (utility bill or bank statement). If you wish to register an account under a company name, please provide a valid Resale Certificate, VAT registration, etc. You can provide this information by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to +1 323 850 6090. A member of the Client Services department may contact you if more documents are required.
Once you have successfully registered, you will be sent a confirmation email with your username and password.

ALL BIDDERS MUST AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD BONHAMS' CONDITIONS OF SALE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, AND AGREE TO PAY THE BUYER'S PREMIUM AND ANY OTHER CHARGES MENTIONED IN THE NOTICE TO BIDDERS. THIS AFFECTS THE BIDDERS LEGAL RIGHTS.

Buyer's Premium Rates
25% on the first $150,000 of the Hammer Price
20% from $150,001 to $3,000,000 of the Hammer Price
12% on the excess over $3,000,001 of the Hammer Price
Payment for purchases may be made in or by (a) cash, (b) cashier's check or money order, (c) personal check with approved credit drawn on a U.S. bank, (d) wire transfer or other immediate bank transfer, or (e) Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit, charge or debit card. A processing fee will be assessed on any returned checks. Please note that the amount of cash notes and cash equivalents that can be accepted from a given purchaser may be limited.

Lots denoted with a "W" that are not picked up immediately following the auction may be removed to an offsite storage location for collection. Please contact the salesroom location for further details including dates of removal and applicable charges.
Prospective buyers of lots denoted with a "Y" symbol should pay special attention to the "Notice Regarding Regulated Species Materials and CITES Permits" published in the printed catalog, which has recently been updated.
