Bonhams' fifth annual sale at the Westin-Kierland Resort & Spa in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona, on Thursday, January 28th, 2016 saw throngs of people grace the green lawns and auction tent to view an impressive and diverse selection of hand-picked cars cross the auction block. With a very respectable 84% sell-through rate resulting in over $18-million in total sales, the auction was a definite success.
Tempting bidders were multiple models spanning the ages from some of the greatest marques in automobile history. A perfect illustration of this is the list of top-selling cars, which included a 2015 McLaren and a 1928 Mercedes-Benz.
