Bonhams will return to the Bally's Hotel and Casino for the 5th annual Las Vegas Motorcycle Auction on Thursday January 8th, 2015.

Bonhams achieved record-breaking success at The Las Vegas Auction earlier this year, showcasing its expertise in maximizing the value of collectors' motorcycles. 2015 is already destined to be another outstanding auction with many desirable motorcycles consigned.

Buyers' Premium and Charges

Buyer's Premium, Taxes and License Fees

The final bid (hammer) price of each lot will be subject to a buyer's premium. For MOTORCYCLE property the premium is 15% on the first $100,000 of the bid price and 10% of any amount by which the bid price exceeds $100,000.

For MEMORABILIA and other non-motor vehicle property, the premium is 25% on the first $100,000 of the bid price and 20% of the amount of the bid price above $100,001 up to and including $2,000,000 and 12% on any amount exceeding $2,000,000.

Please note that the Herb Harris cutaway engines and cutaway motorcycles for display (lots 239-242, 244-249, and 252-255) will be offered in the MOTORCYCLE section and are subject to 15% buyers' premium.

Shipping Notices

Auction Transport and Shipping

All Motorcycle and Memorabilia lots must be paid for and collected from the sale venue by 12pm on Saturday January 10.

Representatives of Bonhams preferred carriers will be present at the sale and can arrange transportation as agents for the buyer or the seller as the case may be.

Payment for purchases may be made in or by (a) cash, (b) cashier's check or money order, (c) personal check with approved credit drawn on a U.S. bank, (d) wire transfer or other immediate bank transfer, or (e) Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit, charge or debit card. A processing fee will be assessed on any returned checks. Please note that the amount of cash notes and cash equivalents that can be accepted from a given purchaser may be limited.
