the inverted bell top with brass handle over wooden sound frets and break arch door, raised on a shallow plinth base with block feet, the signed 6 " Roman and Arabic dial with foliate spandrels and strike silent subsidiary dial to the arch, the matted centre with applied silvered signature plate, mock pendulum and calendar apertures, the signed twin train fusee movement converted to anchor escapement, formerly fitted with pull quarter repeat, 43cm high
