  • Norma Shearer (1902-1983) was a popular screen actress from the mid-1920s through the 1930s. Shearer was nominated for six Academy Awards® and in 1930 she won Best Actress for her role in The Divorcee. Another Cartier clock, a fine and rare jade, lapis lazuli, diamond and mother of pearl pedulette from the estate of Norma Shearer was sold at Bonhams on June 16, 2011, lot 32.
