2006 Buell Ulysses
Frame no. 4MZDX03L463700352
Engine no. DX036700352
The Ulysses adventure-tourer holds the distinction of being the last Buell model introduced that used a Harley-Davidson Sportster-based powertrain. Introduced in 2005, the "Uly" would remain in the lineup until the company ceased production in 2009. With its rangy, rational ergonomics, wide powerband, easy on-road handling and ability to traverse dirt/gravel roads, the Ulysses is a true all-rounder, more than backing up its early advertising slogan, "The world's first adventure sportbike."
The 2006 Ulysses on offer here comes equipped with the factory Hepco & Becker hard saddlebags and tour trunk, plus it has a tankbag and taller windscreen. The factory Comfort Kit has been installed, tires were recently replaced and the bike has just been professionally serviced, including ECU update and fitment of a Wiseco fuel-management module. Included in the sale are the owner's handbook and a factory service manual.
