In a front page advertisement (C2)"To Be Sold," Moses Cohen, a broker, living "at the corner of Chestnut and Second-Streets," announces an "elegant" two-story brick house for sale at Pennington, "eight miles above Trenton." Cohen adds that they would be willing "to exchange" this house for merchandise.
