Varnished, with wooden carvel planking, two original wicker seats, floorboards, and paddles, with stepping point for mast and sail, carries the number F3996.

The present lot has been stored in the Trelissick garage for about 80 years with only occasional use. The canoe was purchased by Ronald Copeland whilst on a sales trip to Canada, and was carried back with him by liner to England in the 1920s. She is seen here in a photo with Ronald Copeland (standing) and his two sons Spencer and Geoffrey.
