- La qualité d'exécution de la gravure de cette coupe est similaire dans le style à celle d'un vase de Baccarat exposé à l'Exposition Universelle de 1878. On y voit l'influence japonaise inspirée des estampes d'Hokusai et Hiroshige au XVIIIème et au XIXème siècles.
The fine engraving of the bowl that we see in this example is similar in style to that of a vase by Baccarat exhibited at the Exposition Universelle of 1878. The series showed Japanese-influence inspired by 18th and 19th century engravings by Hokusai and Hiroshige.
