A single stone ring set with an oval cabochon black opal, rare and unusual for its entirely unique pattern of play-of-color: three bands of vivid red "streams", alternating with broad-flash greens, blues and hints of orange aligned within the true black body color in three "rivulets" of color, mounted in a simple and elegant platinum setting. This is a unique and important offering for the knowledgeable opal collector. Weighing approximately 5.31 carats and measuring 16.01 x 13.18 x 4.30mm, size 6.
