A thick seam of opal originally, now polished as a free form, trapezoidal cabochon--this black opal displays a fine play-of-color on both the obverse and the reverse. Windmill pattern broad flash in green, blue and orange are seen on the face, while floral pattern in blue and green are seen on the reverse.
Weighing approximately 23.36 carats and measuring 26.5 x 17.0 x 6.0mm
