Created in 1998 by two Arizona goldsmiths, Dick and Flora Millron, designed in the form of a ruby throated hummingbird with outstretched wings, mounted in 14K yellow gold. The wings set with sections of fine quality Mintabie opal, no longer available on the market; the flowerheads set with Mexican opal, the leaves formed of green grossular garnet. A Ramura ruby (synthetic) section is used to form the throat. Suspended from a fancy-link chain, length 17in. Height 2 5/8 in
