Having a pear-shaped body with broad fillet and multiple incised rings, the heart-shaped lid with twin-acorn thumbrest, touchmark of Samuel Morant, Southampton, (w.1746-1778), (PS 13016), together with LONDON label and ownership initials EGB stamped to lid, 18cm high
