Having a 6" break arch silvered dial with black Roman hours and Arabic minutes, the centre with faux pendulum and engraved 'DUBLIN', the arch engraved 'Alex Gordon', engraved floral spandrels; The single fusee movement with 5 knopped pillars, crown wheel escapement, repeating the hours on two bells, the backplate engraved 'Alex Gordon, DUBLIN'; the case with inverted bell top with brass anvil carrying handle and four brass artichoke finials, three quarter glazed side panels with pierced fretwork silk back roundels above, raised on brass ogee bracket feet. Sold with pendulum, winder and door key. 44cm (17") high including handle
