The C.O.A. states the shirt was obtained from a media contact present at the fixture, who was given the tracksuit in the press lounge by Jose Chamot. David Beckham gave his tracksuit to Jose Chamot (Argentina) after the match in which he was sent off by Danish referee Kim Milton Nielsen for the infamous back kick on Diego Simeone as he lay fouled on the ground. Included is the player pass for Jose Chamot as proof of authenticity.
