An Umbro red short sleeved shirt, to front with white Umbro logo on right and England badge to left with embroidering below 'UEFA EURO 2004 PORTUGAL', silver number 5 in centre with embroidering below 'EURO 2004 CROATIA V ENGLAND 21-06-04', to the reverse with silver lettering 'TERRY' and large silver number 5. Right-hand sleeve has 'Euro 2004' emblem and on left-hand sleeve 'Fair Play' logo. This shirt was worn by Terry vs. Croatia on the 21st of June 2004 in Lisbon.
