1970 Pele and Mijas match worn shirts
An Athleta yellow short sleeved shirt with green trim to sleeves and collar, embroidered with Brazil badge to front and green number 10 to rear, hand signed by Pele to front. Worn by Pele in the Chile v Brazil match on 4-10-1970 in Santiago which ended in a 5-1 victory for Brazil with Pele scoring the first goal in the 38th minute of the game, framed and glazed (size approx. 106 x 73cm) together with a white short sleeved shirt embroidered with Czechoslovakian badge to the front, this shirt was worn by Czech defender Vaclan Mijas in the game held in Guadalajara that ended Brazil 4 Czechoslovakia 1 and was swapped with Pele at the end of the game, later sold at Christies as part of his collection of shirts obtained during his career, framed and glazed (size approx. 84 x 82cm).
