Having a 13-inch brass dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes, engraved 'Jon Owen, Llanrwst', framing a hatched matted centre with secondary minute dial and date aperture, all framed by pierced brass caryatid spandrels, the knopped four-pillar movement rack-striking on a bell; the hood with pierced fretwork cornice above fluted turned columns with brass capitals, the shaped top mahogany crossbanded long trunk door between conforming canted quarter columns, on a crossbanded raised panel base and squat plinth; sold with two weights, pendulum, door key and winder, 207cm (81.5") high
