Incorporating some 17th century timbers
Having a twelve panelled tester within 'S' or chain-carved rails and conforming carved frieze, the headboard with a pair of flower-filled arch carved panels spaced by caryatids, the central term dated 1615 to base, headed by a strapwork carved top-rail, with three plain panels below and boss embellished side rails, the foot of the bedstock standing separately from the two baluster-turned end-posts, the footboard lunette and S-scroll carved centred by the initials WW, 146cm wide x 209cm deep x 195.5cm high, (57" wide x 82" deep x 76.5" high)
