Two late 18th century Guernsey lidded pewter measures
Pot and quart capacities, both of pear-shape form with heart-shaped lid and twin-acorn thumpiece, touchmark of John de St.Croix, London, (w.1729 - ?), (OP 1360, PS 91), to the underside of each lid, ownership initials to each handle, the larger example also dated 1778 and with crowned GR mark to rim, (2)
