A rare Meissen teabowl and saucer, circa 1720
Decorated in Dresden or Augsburg in tooled and burnished gilding, the teabowl and reverse of the saucer with three chinoiserie vignettes above a wavy line, the top of the saucer with a burnished gilt ground, the footrim and base and interior of the teabowl similarly gilt, (tiny chip to rim of saucer) (2)
