height 36 1/2in (92.7cm); width 20 1/2in (52cm); depth 18in (45.6cm). Together with an original fabric fragment from one of the seats.

    The chairs on offer are examples of the original circa 1927 chair design for the First Class Dining Room. A more simplified version, which featured a shorter seat rail, a rounded uncarved backrest, and plain green fabric was introduced after World War II.
