The Famous Artists School was devised by illustrator Albert Dorne after a conversation he had Norman Rockwell, who served as one of the original instructors. Rockwell here dispenses valuable advice to a student in the Advanced Program in his critique of two illustrations. His four drawings illustrate his points.
