LIMITED EDITION, PRESENTATION COPY WITH ETCHINGS BY EXTER, warmly and elaborately inscribed by the author to his sister on the dedication page, in translation: "To my dear sister Elisaveta, this extract of true crocodile tears, put into your full possession, no dispossession allowed. With tenderness and heartache Vanya March, 6 1917." No. 158 of 200 copies. Aksenov dedicated the book to Alexandra Exter, who provided the two stunning abstract etchings. Profoundly influenced by French Cubism, the poet also plays with typefaces in the Russian Futurist manner.
