4 volumes. Folio. Profusely illustrated with wood engravings by Eric Gill. Original goat over decorated boards, spine lettered in gilt, t.e.g., by Sangorski and Sutcliffe, housed in two custom morocco-edged slipcases. Bindings with corners somewhat rubbed, minor flaking at some joints, an excellent copy overall.

LIMITED EDITION, no 451 of 485 copies on Batchelor hand-made paper, from a total edition of 500. One of the great achievements of the Golden Cockerel Press, masterfully decorated by Eric Gill.
