6 volumes in 3. 4to (290 x 203 mm). 248 tinted lithographed plates including titles and portraits; 2 untinted maps by Louis Haghe after Roberts. Publisher's full dark navy morocco, covers blocked with wide gilt borders and centered with gilt armorial ensigns of Jerusalem, raised bands, spines elaborately gilt, dentelles, all edges gilt. Some mild foxing, small corner dampstain at start of vol 3, some minor scuffs to bindings including an expertly repaired tear to vol 5-6; near fine.
