A French gilt bronze and rouge marble clock garniture
early 20th century
Comprising a mantel clock and pair of five light candelabra; the clock surmounted by an urn with flambeau finial and decorated with trailing swags, centered by the dial with Roman chapters, inscribed MAINGOURD LE MANS, flanked by an urn to either side hung with laurel garlands, on shaped base and toupie feet, the twin train movement with outside count wheel striking on a bell, the backplate numbered 1385; the companion candelabra centered by an urn issuing the foliate scroll arms, on stepped cylindrical foot, square base with canted corners and toupie feet.
