An extraordinary coin that obviously escaped the ravages of circulation and has been in professional care for the past 167 years. Both sides display multicolored iridescence, including green, gold, and blue hues well pronounced over the obverse. Some blue-gray shades intermingle with the same antique look on the reverse. Noticeable abrasions are few and very far between, however, a tiny edge abrasion is at the top of the obverse, this being mentioned solely for pedigree purposes.
