A large Meissen figure of Count Brühl's Tailor, late 19th century
After the 18th century model by J.J. Kaendler, wearing a tricorn, spectacles, a turquoise jacket with flowers and gilt frogging, a waistcoat with floral patterns, iron-red breeches and black riding boots, a black bag slung over his shoulder containing tailor's accoutrements, and further items attached to the shaggy goat, 42cm high, crossed swords mark in blue with one incised cancellation mark, incised 'No. 107.' and impressed 33 (some restoration to extremities)
