suspending a heart-shaped emerald, measuring approximately 24.3 x 27.7 x 17.52mm., within a marquise-cut diamond surround, completed by a heart-shaped link chain, set with round brilliant-cut diamonds; estimated total diamond weight: 6.90 carats; mounted in eighteen karat white gold; length: 17in.
