4to. Printed in black and red. Woodcut title and facing page with full-page borders; 6- to 10-line initals, the latter with woodcut three-quarters borders. Original full vellum, spine gilt-lettered, two ribbon ties. Few spots to endpapers.
Provenance: Lilian Octavia Wellesley Wesley (gift inscription dated December 1896 from Walter & Herbert St. G. Peacock).
