Single leaf, recto and verso, 2 columns, 39 lines, dark brown ink, 308 x 203 mm, 6-line initial "Q" in blue and red, 2-line initial in red, capital stroked and underlining of lemmata in red. Light soiling, left margin trimmed close just touching a few letters, some light smudging.
