Lacking 2 leaves, one large ink-spill, 2 or 3 gatherings wormed, title lightly soiled, with 2 repaired tears without loss, and with repair to blank fore-corner, p8 and A4 with early small marginal repairs, binding scored and soiled, lacking clasps.
