Folio (270 x 175 mm). [pi]8 A4 a-d8/6 e6 f8 [¶]6 [2¶]10 g-l8 m6 n-r8 s10 t8 v10 x4. Printed in red and black. 2 full-page woodcut illustrations, of the Bishop of Würzburg and his arms, and of the Crucifixion. 17th century blindstamped calf, rebacked. Light waterstain at lower fore-corner, heavier at ends.
Provenance: Peter Bettesworth of Corpus Christi College, Oxford, where he matriculated in 1716 (ownership inscription on front pastedown); with London bookseller William Robinson, 1954 (description pasted on front free endpaper, catalogue 52, item 72); property of a California educational institution.
