c.1926 Garelli 349cc Roadster
Frame no. MG4109
Engine no. G7103
Garelli's split-single two-stroke stayed true to its maker's original conception until production ceased in the mid-1930s. The machine offered here is typical of the post-WWI design complete with magneto in front of the cylinders, integral two-speed gearbox - the latter a simplified version of that designed by Adalberto Garelli for Bianchi - and chain final drive. Although equipped with a front brake, this model retains the unusual method of rear brake operation by means of two pedals, one on either side of the machine. It should be noted that the gear pedal is missing.
