The Type JSS was introduced in 1938 and built until 1940 but did not resume production when hostilities ceased. Probably delivered to a dealership in 1940, this example was not first registered until January 1945, at which time the war was still in progress, though by then almost all of France had been liberated. Powered by a 346cc overhead-valve engine driving via a separate four-speed gearbox, the JSS weighed 125kg (275lb) dry and had a claimed top speed of around 120km/h (75mph). An older restoration, this example is fitted with a Dunlop 'Drilastic' saddle but is missing its tank badges and battery. The machine is offered with purchase receipt (1998), correspondence, French Carte Grise normale and copy old CG.

La Terrot Type JSS introduite en 1938 fut produite jusqu'en 1940 sans être relancée après la guerre. Probablement livrée à un détaillant en 1940, cet exemplaire ne fut immatriculé qu'en janvier 1945, date à laquelle la guerre n'était pas terminée alors que le territoire français était presque entièrement libéré. Propulsée par un moteur de 346 cm3 à soupapes en tête entraînant une boîte séparée, la JSS pesait 125 kg à sec et offrait une vitesse de pointe revendiquée de 120 km/h environ. Anciennement restauré , cet exemplaire est équipé d'une selle Dunlop « Drilastic », mais dépourvu de ses insignes de réservoir et de sa batterie. Cette moto est offerte avec un certificat de vente de 1998, de la correspondance, sa carte grise française normale et une copie de son ancienne carte grise.
