This image was used as the frontispiece for Lord Orrery's Remarks on the Life and Writings of Dr Jonathan Swift, 1751, spawning engravings of Swift by S.F. Ravenet, Etienne Fiquet, Alexander Bannerman, Christian Friedrich Fritzch and others. An example of this image is in the National Portrait Gallery where the artist is called Thomas Barber.
