The finely cast figure depicted seated cross-legged in dhyanasana on a flared pedestal decor with downward streaks of fur, the hands held in dhyana mudra and chest bare adorned in beaded necklaces, her face serene and flanked by a pair of lobed ears with earrings, all framed by a foliate crown and a clothed hood cascading over her shoulders and falling loosely over the pedestal.

The stand on which the figure is depicted seated in particularly rare, and appears to represent the hide of a large feline creature.

明銅鎏金觀音坐像

觀音面相豐潤，柳眉長眼，表情慈祥莊重，頭帶五葉寶冠，耳戴大耳檔，罩袍蓋頭，身穿長衫，衣褶轉拆流動，表現出肌肉飽滿之感，雙手上下疊作禪定印，結跏趺坐於下垂狀之毛髮座，造型肥滿，比例對稱，粗中有細，精緻優雅。

該觀音之底座造型尤為特別，其毛髮狀紋飾或暗喻觀音坐騎。
