Oban tate-e; entitled Hinagata wakana no hatsu moyo: Nakaomiya no uchi Handayu (Models for Fashion: New Designs as Fresh Young Leaves: Handayu of Nakaomiya), the courtesan seated at a low table and writing poetry while accompanied by two kamuro, 1776, signed Koryusai ga, publisher's seal of Nishimuraya Yohachi – good impression, minor fading, binding hole to the left margin, some soiling, glassine hinge to top reverse
