A jade and hardstone mounted silverplated copper hand mirror
Circa 1900
The oval form mirror set within a silver mount with repoussé decoration of a scroll, a double-gourd, flower vases, and coins surrounding a central white jade plaque carved with an egret-and-lotus motif encircled by jade and colored hardstone cabochons, the handle with incised flower design mounted with a white jade dragon form belt hook (chip to jade belt hook).
